I think that one of the great things about Substack for midlife women is the longer life span of our notes and posts. We don't have time to be on social media all the time. Longer life span allows me to take my own time in getting to know my people and find my tribe.

Chita, you said it so well. I don’t want to spend hours on all the platforms. We have a longer shelf life here and I don’t feel the pressure here.
