This week Flesché interviews Jessica about how she is reinventing herself in midlife.
As our bodies change and our hormones shift in midlife, our values and purpose may also shift.
Many women are feeling the call to speak up more about what truly matters to them. We want to reset our lives.
The challenge is overcoming decades of conditioning that tell us to stay small. Be quiet. Mute ourselves.
Imagine a world where women speak up and are heard as easily as men. We help make crucial decisions about policy, society, and, perhaps even, our own bodies.
We can create this world if we believe it is possible and if we practice using our voice for positive change.
How do we start this seismic shift?
It starts with each of us listening to our own voices and speaking up on behalf of ourselves and others who are unable to speak.
It starts with us feeling like we are enough and that we have what it takes to jump into the arena.
It starts with us narrating our own lives rather than letting our lives happen to us.
Our good girl conditioning may run deep, but our authentic voice is growing stronger. She is crying out for justice, demanding equality, and is more interested in building bridges than borders.
I hear her.
Do you?
Let’s answer the call.
